We Love Our Residents
The daily goal of the Hillcrest staff is to serve the residents under their care with the same love and respect with which they would serve their Lord. The reason such quality care is given is because the staff members genuinely do care about the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the elderly that reside at Hillcrest.
The influence of the Hillcrest staff is far reaching. After a resident passes on, it is evident that not only did the resident benefit from the care received at Hillcrest, but the lives of their
family members were positively impacted as well. The Hillcrest staff does not limit their love and affection to on-duty hours only. While off duty, the staff enjoys taking residents on excursions such as trips to Wal-mart and the local coffee shop. Residents and their family members often hear Hillcrest staff singing while on-duty, and as a result the staff is frequently asked to sing at resident funerals.
Why do our residents enjoy living at Hillcrest? Why are there several hundred people on the waiting list? Because we love our residents.
